Dear authors,

The EMSA 2014 full papers can be submitted to IEEE Transactions on Magnetics via the normal procedure followed by the IEEE ScholarOne online manuscript submission site:

http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/magconf-ieee

Full Paper Submission DEADLINE is EXTENDED to June 13, 2014.

All papers, invited as well as contributed, will be evaluated by peer reviewers to determine their suitability for publication. Only selected full papers will be published in IEEE Transactions on Magnetics.

A Word template for manuscripts is available at:

http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/authors/author_templates.html

After reviewing the instructions, authors may prepare their manuscripts using the Word template for the IEEE Transactions on Magnetics.

Your "Conference Paper Number" can be found on the left column of the Conference Agenda (e.g. MO10, MP01 etc.) and it refers to your session designation number.

No hard copy paper manuscripts will be accepted. All manuscript review and revisions will be handled through the online system. Please note that contributed submissions must be no more than 4 pages and invited submissions must be no more than 6 pages.

We would like to kindly remind you that you can not submit a full paper if you have already submitted (or plan to submit) a similar paper elsewhere.

Online registration by May 25, 2014 is MANDATORY prior to submitting your full paper.

It is regretted for registrations cancelled after June 2, 2014 or for no-shows at the conference the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payble.

Best regards,

Prof. Franz Keplinger (EMSA 2014 Chair)
Dr. Ioanna Giouroudi (EMSA 2014 Co-Chair)
